Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and service partners. It protects the time and effort of our verified technicians while giving customers flexibility to modify their bookings.

2. Customer Cancellation

You can cancel a booking from your customer dashboard or booking details page. The cancellation fee depends on the timing:

• Before technician dispatch: Free cancellation. No charge. Full refund if payment was already made.
• After dispatch but before arrival: 10% cancellation fee applies. 90% of the amount is refunded.
• After technician arrival: 20% cancellation fee applies. 80% of the amount is refunded.
• After work has started: Cancellation is not permitted. If the customer insists, a 50% charge may apply.

3. Platform Cancellation

• If no technician is available for the selected time slot, the booking is cancelled automatically with no charge.
• If the assigned technician is unable to complete the service due to unforeseen circumstances, the platform will attempt to reassign. If reassignment is not possible, the booking is cancelled with a full refund.

4. Vendor Cancellation

If a vendor rejects or cancels an accepted lead, the booking is re-dispatched to another eligible vendor. Repeated vendor cancellations may result in account suspension. Customers are not charged for vendor-initiated cancellations.
