1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nilawar Services platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately. These terms apply to all customers, vendors, and visitors of the platform.

2. Service Booking & Dispatch

• All bookings are subject to technician availability in your selected area and time slot.
• The platform will make reasonable efforts to assign a suitable, background-verified service partner.
• If no technician is available for the selected slot, the booking may be cancelled with no charge.
• Service partners are independent professionals, not employees of Nilawar Services.
• Customers must provide accurate location and contact details for successful dispatch.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Service prices are fixed at the time of booking and displayed before confirmation.
• Additional charges, including distance fees, are shown before the booking is finalized.
• Any additional charges during the service must be approved by the customer before work begins.
• Payment can be made via Cash, UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, debit cards, and credit cards.
• Invoices are generated upon completion and are available for download in the customer portal.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is available before the technician is dispatched.
• After dispatch but before arrival: a 10% cancellation fee may apply.
• After the technician arrives: a 20% cancellation fee may apply.
• If the platform fails to assign a technician, the booking is cancelled with no charge.

5. Service Warranty

• All Nilawar Services bookings include a 30-day labor warranty on workmanship.
• Warranty covers the original service performed. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, external factors, or pre-existing conditions.
• Spare parts carry their own manufacturer warranty as applicable.
• Warranty claims must be raised through the support chat or by contacting our help desk.

6. Vendor Terms

• Service partners must maintain valid identity, address, and professional documents.
• Vendors agree to a transparent commission model as configured in the platform settings.
• Payouts are processed after the customer confirms service completion.
• Vendors must maintain professional conduct and adhere to the platform's service quality standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nilawar Services acts as a technology platform connecting customers with service partners. We are not directly liable for the quality of work performed by independent service partners. Our liability is limited to the value of the service booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
